Trolling
If you have never heard the old saying, “Troll with the flow,” you have not been walleye fishing. When you are trolling, you want to troll with the waves or ruffle s in the water. If you are fishing in areas that could have walleye, you want to cover the area of the selected zone and trolling slowly within the zone with the flow will work much better than fighting the flow. You will have a better chance of landing a few more fish if you go with the flow when trolling.

If you find a good spot where the walleye are hiding, then you will need to choose the best bait, presentation and wait for the bit. Some others ways to fish for the walleyes are by casting, drifting and a vertical drop just outside the zone, which is a good method around weed beds. Before you do anything, check the weather and the water temperatures before you decide if it might be a good day for walleye fishing or not.
