If you have a desire to spend your retirement fishing, Florida is the ideal place to get it done! Here you will be able to enjoy various types of locations for Walleye fishing. They are going to be active all year long, but your best times to catch them will be in the early morning and after the sun goes down. They will often be close to shore in the evening, due to the fish they feed on being located there.
During spawning season, you will also have the opportunity to get yourself some great sized walleye. You should keep a good eye on the fishing reports too. That information will tell you where other fishermen are having the best of luck with the walleye. You can also get information about the types of bait that they have been successful with. By tipping the scale in your favor, fishing and retirement will be a winning combination for you.
